No workout on Labor Day except for the required plank.
Day 2 - Run
5 min. warm up
13 min run
2 min walk
5 min cool down
Slow and steady increase. When you are only running 20 minutes, a 10% increase isn't much. Forcing myself to stick with this slow progress.
